I’ve been thinking about this question as I always grab myself a cuppa to unwind or during breaks.

Without looking too much into research I find having something warm helps me relax…as well as taking a moment for myself.  The aromas of the tea feel like an instant relax...

Generally speaking the main suggestions are ofcourse getting enough sleep, eating a clean diet (no sugar, processed foods, alcohol,coffee etc) and getting regular exercise will help keep your immune system up and running
