Nobody else like YOU!

Our culture is one that I find highly critical and competitive. Fortunately, I don't buy into it and I hope the same for you.

The thing is if you focus on what you are doing you get on with the process rather than your own fears.

If you are passionate about what you do you need to be fully engaged in it not distracted by what others are doing down the road.

It truly is a waste of time worrying about others in the same industry because at the end of the day you are bringing 'you' to the table and there is nobody else like 'YOU'. I'm not denying that we can't learn from others and I have people I look up to .

All I'm saying is don't consume yourself in the outside world of competition.

Don't assess your performance constantly but worry about and be absorbed with complete concentration and attention on what you are doing.

The reward comes from feeling good about yourself and what you are doing rather than external praise or judgement.

Broaden your vision of success to the pleasure that you get from it and its amazing how your strengths will then flourish.

Be in the moment. Be more encouraging. There is freedom in that ! Have a wonderful 1st of the Month... pinch and a punch
