Breakfast on the run or snack time these are delicious bliss balls
1 cup of almonds
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of cacoa powder
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
Grind almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut in food processor to a course consistency
Add dates and remaining ingredients except coconut and blend mixture
Shape into small balls ...roll in coconut and refrigerate until required.
