Hay fever Elixir

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 knob of ginger peeled but in the picture it is sliced so do you slice it?

5cm piece horseradish in picture is grated do you grate it?

1 clove garlic peeled so do you cook it whole or slice it?

 

Instructions:

You strain before you have it.

You put everything in whole, the garlic, horseradish and ginger.

You strain them out.

You could also mush them up , cut or slice.

You do not need to keep in the fridge, but you need to consume within 24 hours for the benefits.
