(What a fantastic breakfast, lunch and snack idea! Packed 
with protein, essential fatty acids and loads of minerals!) 
 
INGREDIENTS: 
Serves 2 

  • 4 Eggs 

  • Avocados cut in half 2

 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
1.  Poach eggs according to your taste and then simply 
place them in the cut avocado and sprinkle with 
pepper.
