GREEN BANANA FLOUR


Omg when I heard about this I was so excited and let me tell you when others start to hear about it they will be too!!!!

Green banana flour as the name suggests is made from Green Bananas and tastes nutty and delicious.

It is a gluten free product that can be used in baking with only about 40% of the amount of original flour to recipes.

It can be added to smoothies, to tea, mixed in water and soups or sprinkled on yogurts and salads.

The reason it’s super is because it is a resistant starch!!

Resistant starch when consumed In the body is a food source that resists digestion in the small intestine and provides the following benefits.
