I often have patients apologising for their tears and I will say this ..
There's no shame in ️feeling , in grief and in tears .
Nobody has to fix you and it doesn't mean that you're necessarily depressed .
You may just be sad .
And all it may take is someone to honour your tears so that you can move forward through your grief .
Be that person today for someone that needs to share their tears . Acknowledge them .
You have no idea how much freedom there is in providing a space for the other person to feel Have a great Friday!
