FISH OIL-OMEGA 3 SUPPLEMENT
High levels of Omega 3 supplements can help to reduce inflammation in the body as well as supplying naturally occurring Vitamin A and Vitamin D that both help to boost immune health. Omega 3’s have immune properties by also helping to increase the activity of cells in our body called phagocytes that help to munch up bacteria.
Always choose purified fish oils that don’t contain heavy metals. 1gm a day or more depending on the persons health history and weight is what is generally recommended.
Coconut oil
1 tablespoon a day of coconut oil taken either directly or melted into a cup of tea or in food J
Coconut oil is high in Lauric acid which the body converts to compounds that have amazingly
potent anti-microbial properties.
Raw Garlic
1-2 cloves a day either on food or crushed into a little water (tip-drink it quickly J)
