POACHED EGGS IN AVOCADO with a Cup of Clean Eating Tea

This is a fantastic breakfast, lunch, snack idea!
It is packed with protein, essential fatty acids and loads of minerals!
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
2 Avocados cut in half
Instructions:
Poach eggs according to your tastes and then simply place them in avocado and sprinkle with pepper.
